About us

Neil Buggy

Director

Neil brings more than 25 years of Quantity Surveying experience to Prospec. His background includes senior leadership roles in PQS Consultancy, PLCs, Developers and Main Contractors — successfully guiding commercial teams on a wide range of landmark projects in both London and Dublin.

Since launching Prospec in 2018, Neil has been dedicated to growing the business by consistently delivering best value for our clients. He takes a hands-on, practical approach backed by a sharp eye for detail. His combination of technical expertise and collaborative leadership has earned him long-standing relationships while helping clients achieve their goals with confidence and certainty.

Seamus O'Dwyer

Director

Seamus has worked in construction from an early age and has more than 20 years’ experience with developers and main contractors in the UK and Ireland prior to co-founding Prospec. Known for his commercial acumen and rigorous technical analysis, Seamus is a robust negotiator who prides himself on disciplined cost control and measurable value for clients.
